Dr. Roberta Vasconcelos-Berg, MD, PhD is Director of Aesthetic, Reconstructive and Laser Dermatology at Universitätsspital Basel, based at the Margarethenklinik. With 12 years of experience with injectables, since 2019 she has led the Aesthetic Dermatology team at the Universitätsspital Basel.
During my medical studies, dermatology residency, and PhD, I had the privilege of studying at the University of São Paulo, an institution renowned for its excellence in Latin America.
In 2018, I took a significant step by moving to Switzerland. Prior to that, in Brazil, I was a partner at a prominent dermatology private clinic and also worked part-time at the São Paulo Cancer Institute, focusing on patients with skin lymphomas and dermatological reactions to chemotherapy.
